On October 17, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov took part in opening of the educational seminar on the National rating of the investment climate in Russian regions at Tatarstan Government House. 

The event is held in the format of video conference with the participation of all Tatarstan municipal regions. 

Speaking at the event, Rustam Minnikhanov noted that it is the first regional educational seminar held by non-profit organization “Agency for Strategic Initiatives to Promote New Projects” (ASI). He thanked the organization for their work and noted that studying the investment climate in constituent entities of the federation is very important, and issues of increasing investment attractiveness of Tatarstan and creation of innovative economy need to be worked out. 

We are pleased to announce that opening of envelopes with the applications submitted by banks to participate in a competition for the selection of the banks to conclude cooperation agreements under the program to provide guarantees of the Fund took place on 16 th of October, 2014 in a congress hall of Non-profit Organization “Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan”, Chernyshevsky str.33, Kazan, the Republic of Tatarstan, 420111. Applications from 3 banks were presented on competition. The results of competition will be placed on the official website of the Fund www.garfondrt.ru not later than 31 th of October, 2014.

Lists of the competitive demands allowed to the second stage of competitive selection of subjects of small and average business of the Republic of Tatarstan for providing the state support in a form of subsidies within action "Development of the equipment leasing: subsidizing of costs of subjects of small and average business of the first contribution payment (advance payment) under the contract of leasing of the equipment (LIZING-GRANT)" are published.

From October 11 to 14, 2014 within actions for assistance to development of youth business in the Republic of Tatarstan the zone conferences "We Walk in Business" in 4 municipal areas of the republic took place: On October 11 in Nizhnekamsk, on October 12 in Bugulma, on October 13 in Chistopol and on October 14 in Bogatie Saby. Action was realized with the assistance of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tatarstan and the public youth organization "Regional public organization "Council of the Youth Organizations of the Republic of Tatarstan".

Within realization of actions for support of participation of businessmen from the Republic of Tatarstan in the competition "Commercialization" of Fund of assistance to development of small forms of the enterprises in the scientific and technical sphere (www.fasie.ru) the free seminar "Management of the innovative project" took place in Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tatarstan with assistance of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.

During the period from November 13 to November 14, 2014 in Moscow the III Federal Forum "Clever City of the Future-2014" which  is organized by international news agency "Russia Today" with assistance of the Ministry of construction, housing and communal services of the Russian Federation, Department of science, industrial policy and business of Moscow, the Center of innovative development of Moscow will take place. This forum is an action where modernization of housing and communal services, transport, town planning, welfare space of the city consider as a national priority with serious investment potential.

Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan of 11.10.2014 No. 753 prolonged the term of realization of a state program "Management of public finances of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2014 - 2016" till 2020. The program purpose is effective management of public finances of the Republic of Tatarstan.

On October 16, 2014 in Moscow the meeting of the working group on modernization of monotowns at Government Commission on Economic Development and Integration under the chairmanship of the head of the working group, the vice-chairman of Vnesheconombank Irina Makiyeva took place. Representatives of regions of Russia, including from the Republic of Tatarstan – the head of department of territorial development of the Ministry of Economics Marat Gaynullin took part in the videoconference mode in a meeting. During a meeting questions of achievement of target indicators of comprehensive investment plans of monotowns of the Russian Federation were considered. From the Republic of Tatarstan the Chistopol monotown  was considered.

The federal resource center for the organization of preparation of administrative shots for the organizations of a national economy of the Russian Federation approved lists of listeners of the Program of preparation of administrative shots. 168 managers from the Republic of Tatarstan are accepted for 2014/2015 academic year. The program of preparation of administrative shots is realized in the republic since 1998 and is aimed at preparation of a key element of the enterprises and organizations actually of all sectors of economy irrespective of forms of ownership of subjects. Training according to the program gives modern knowledge in management, economy, finance and business communications, also listeners intensively learn a foreign language.

On October 16, 2014 the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Artyom Zdunov discussed with the management of the Cotton Way company  and the Technopolis "Himgrad" the course of implementation in Kazan of the project on creation  of a production and logistic complex on rent of textiles.
