The Ministry of Economy of Tatarstan will carry out expertize of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan of September 29, 2012 No. 65-ZRT "About introduction in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan of patent system of the taxation"

At the initiative of Committee of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan on economy, investments and business in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan as authorized body on carrying out an assessment of the regulating influence, work on preparation of materials for carrying out examination of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan of September 29, 2012 No. 65-ZRT "About introduction in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan of patent system of the taxation" begins . That circumstance was the cause for carrying out examination that with introduction of provisions of this law the number of the businessmen using patent system of the taxation in the republic decreases. It can testify to inconvenience of its use or unprofitableness of such system of the taxation.
