For exchange of experience from March 15 to March 21, 2015 the delegation of the Republic of Tatarstan takes part in an educational program "Management in local development of organized industrial zones, parks, gardens and green plantings" in Istanbul (Republic of Turkey). The structure of delegation under the leadership of the deputy minister of economy Natalya Tarkayeva supervising territorial development of Tatarstan included representatives of public authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan and representatives of executive committees of municipal areas of the republic. Within the program of delegation the meeting with the management of the Union of municipalities of the Turkic world, visit of Management of landscape gardening economy of Kodzhaeli, SEKA park, an industrial zone to Gebza, and also the AĞAÇ A.Ş. enterprises is planned.

On March 16, 2015 in the Ministry of Economy the meeting on a question of the organization and carrying out the Third International Summer school of engineering business of KLIPPER 2015 took place. This year the Summer school of engineering business is carried out from July 7 to July 16 on the basis of OEZ "Alabuga" with the invitation not less than 50 best students and graduate students of the leading engineering higher education institutions of Russia and the foreign states and not less than 20 experts in the person of heads of the enterprises and the organizations, top managers of the companies, scientific figures, journalists. A main objective of action is creation of a new network of professionals in engineering business, assistance to formation of the enterprise environment in universities, creation of expert community on engineering business, assistance in development of training programs on business and engineering business at technical universities.

Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization "Agency of strategic initiatives of promotion of new projects" (ASI) suggests businessmen to participate in poll which will form the basis of the "National Rating of a Condition of Investment Climate in Subjects of the Russian Federation" project. Having given literally 5 minutes of the time, businessmen can make the contribution to improvement and development of investment climate, both the region, and Russia. Polls anonymous, are conducted by the All-Russian center researches of public opinion. In total it is planned to interrogate more than 50 thousand businessmen over all country and to 3 thousand experts capable to give the weighed assessment to quality of the institutional environment in the regions.

On March 14, 2015 in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan the meeting of "a round table" on discussion of the project of Strategy of social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan till 2030 with scientists of the Kazan (Volga) federal university took place. The vice rector for questions of economic and strategic development of K(P)FU Marat Safiullin, the deputy director of Institute of management, economy and finance on scientific activity Lenar Safiullin, managers of chairs Shamil Valitov, Nadiya Sabitova, Igor Koch took part in a round table. At the beginning of a meeting the project manager "Tatarstan – 2030" Boris Zhikharevich briefly told about the main ideas of Strategy then suggested to pass to discussion.

On March 13, at a session of the Economic Council at Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers chaired by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov issues related to the introduction of informational and analytic system “Promotion of Tatarstan produce in external markets”, current indicators of socioeconomic development and the 2015 tax revenues were discussed.

Heads of all regions, city districts, enterprises and organizations took part in the meeting via video conferencing.

Minnikhanov noted that in 2015 the economic situation is developing tensely, with the fall in the production level in January. Payments to the consolidated budget decreased as well.

On March 11, 2015 the delegation which included 17 enterprises in the sphere of automotive industry of the Kamsky innovative territorial and production cluster of the Republic of Tatarstan visited science and technology park "Zhigulevskaya dolina" of the Samara region where the science and technology park, and also the Regional center of engineering and the Automobile cluster of the Samara region was presented to participants. The head of department on work with innovative projects of science and technology park Igor Smirnov, the director of the Regional center of engineering Alexey Mironov, and also representatives of "Automobile Cluster of the Samara Region" Non-profit partnership participated in a meeting.

On March 10, 2015 the head of the Center of export support of the Republic of Tatarstan Vasily Chistyakov took part in meeting on cooperation with Sales representatives of the Republic of Tatarstan abroad. During meeting topical issues of interaction are discussed with the Trade missions, and also the plan of work for 2015. Vasily Chistyakov thanked the Trade missions of Tatarstan for the given help at exhibitions and in questions of advance of republican production to the countries of the foreign and neighboring countries.

From March 9 to March 11, 2015 the Agency on attraction of investments of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny together with "Kamsky Innovative Territorial and Production Cluster" Non-profit partnership and the Kamsky center of cluster development of subjects of small and average business of the Republic of Tatarstan organized business mission to the Samara region with visit of the large automobile enterprises. The purpose of this trip – development of branch of automotive industry of the Republic of Tatarstan and advance of production of the enterprises of mechanical engineering making autocomponents.
