From March 23 to April 15, 2015 in Kazan the multimedia exhibition "Ideas 2020. Travel to the world of the future" will take place  "Ideas 2020. Travel to the world of the future" is opportunity to learn about what will be the person of the future, in what cities he will live, than to eat and what energy to use. The Ideas 2020 project represents researches of the German scientists in different areas of science. The exhibition is based on absolutely new concept. Travel to the world of the future is presented in the form of seven columns issued by designers and artists.

In March-April, 2015 the Institute of economy, management and the social relations (Moscow) holds the educational seminars devoted to various directions of professional activity: accounting and the taxation, regulation of the labor relations, management of finance in the organizations, legal regulation of economic activity, regional and municipal government, state regulation in the sphere of resource provisioning and housing and communal services, construction activity. Within seminars participants will be able to get advice of the leading teachers and experts and to exchange experience with colleagues from other regions.

Within development of the Standard of management of a cluster by Association of innovative regions of Russia together with experts of European Secretariat for Cluster Analysis 12 and 17 of March, 2015 testing of system of a grade of clusters in methodology of ECEI (European Cluster Excellence Initiative) for 4 innovative territorial clusters of Russia was organized: "Cluster "Zelenograd" (Moscow), "the Kamsky innovative territorial and production cluster" (Republic of Tatarstan), "An innovative territorial Space cluster" (Samara region) and "A nuclear and innovative cluster" (Ulyanovsk region).

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan informs that in 2015 the Our Future Fund continues selection of regional projects in the sphere of social business. In 2014 the Our Future Fund supported 25 projects for the total amount of 67 419 000 rubles. In 7 years of carrying out competitions businessmen and representatives of noncommercial sector from 82 subjects of the Russian Federation took part in them, and 133 projects got financial support for the total amount of 297 million rubles.

Within realization of an anti-crisis plan by the Government of the Russian Federation three resolutions regulating execution and change of conditions of contracts within the Federal law of April 5, 2013 No. 44-FZ "About contract system in the sphere of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs" are adopted. The resolution No. 196 of March 5, 2015 "About cases and an order of granting by the customer in 2015 of a delay of payment of penalties (penalties, a penalty fee) and (or) implementation of write-off of the added sums of penalties (penalties, a penalty fee)" is directed on reduction of financial load of subjects of small and average business, socially oriented non-profit organizations at performance of contracts by them, on maintenance of stability of functioning of system of government procurements. Works till January 1, 2016.

On March 18, executives of the Mir Holding and Dizyan Group from Turkey presented a vegetable growing project, the Miracle ecological greenhouse system, to Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov.

Minnikhanov was told about new technologies applied in greenhouse production and about a project on building a specialised greenhouse zone. The type of enterprise is expected to be launched in the Alabuga special economic zone. The project envisages growing tomatoes, cucumbers, paprika, marrows and other vegetables, as well as installing refrigerating equipment to freeze products, and building state-of-the-art laboratories.

Turkish business executives displayed an interest in investing in the project.

On March 13, 2015 in Kazan (in JSC Sberbank of Russia) I passed a republican seminar: "State support measures. Financing terms Sberbank of investment activity and seasonal and field works with the state support". Effective mechanisms of interaction of bank and executive authorities when financing investment projects and seasonal and field works were considered by participants of a seminar. In particular, it was told about conditions of inclusion of measures of the state support of business in credit products of bank, the order of financing of investment projects was discussed.

On March 17, 2015 in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan the working meeting on questions of development of intellectual property at the enterprises, in higher education institutions and scientific research institute of the republic took place. More than 70 experts from 40 organizations of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in meeting. During meeting offers on development of patent services at the enterprises and in the organizations, on introduction of tax preferences to the enterprises introducing results of intellectual activity for creation of programs of modernization at the enterprises of the republic, on creation of system of planning and management of research and development in the Republic of Tatarstan, on activization of children's and youth creativity in inventive and rationalization activity, according to the account in the statistical reporting of indicators of number of patents and the license contracts signed on them, under activization of interaction of the enterprises with profile chairs of higher education institutions and scientific research institute, on development of system of protection of intellectual property at its unauthorzsed use, and also on development of system of staffing in the sphere of management of intellectual property were heard.

Till April 10, 2015 documents acceptance on competition of the Award "Good Impulse" – 2015 proceeds. A good impulse is the annual award of the All-Russian scale handed since 2011 by Fund of the regional social programs "Our Future" for a contribution to development and advance of social business. The award is founded for the purpose of identification and encouragement of the best social businessmen in the territory of Russia, public recognition of merits of outstanding experts in the sphere social businesses, drawing attention of government bodies to institute of social business, and also promoting of social business in Russia.

On April 20, 2015 in Kazan the training seminar practical work on a subject will take place: "Organization of purchases for the Federal law of 18.07.2011 No. 223-FZ". For participation in action heads of the organizations which are carrying out purchasing activity according to the Federal law No. 223-FZ, their deputies by administrative part, accountants, lawyers, procurement specialists, members of the commissions on purchases irrespective of the level of preparation and experience are invited. Within a seminar the analysis of already established practices of application of the Federal law of 18.07.2011 No. 223-FZ "About purchases of goods, works, services as separate types of legal entities", and also the review of the last changes of the legislation concerning maintaining the register of contracts, purchases at subjects of small business and administrative responsibility is planned.
