On the Portal of administrative reform materials of the Forum of the centers of the providing the state and municipal services which took place on March 18-19, 2015 in Moscow with participation of the Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev are placed. Among materials – the program of the Forum, performance of participants of Panel discussion on the subject "Quality Management in the Centers of Granting State and the Mnitsipalnykh of Services", section discussions, and also Plenary session concerning the organization of interaction of the centers of state services and federal authorities, bodies of the state off-budget funds and results of realization in 2014 of the project on creation of a network of the centers of the state and municipal services.

In Educational and methodical the center of FAS Russia the "Analysis of the Market and Control of Economic Concentration" conference as which organizer the Office of the Federal Antimonopoly Service in the Republic of Tatarstan acted took place. Conference is held for the purpose of drawing attention of the government and regional institutions, experts, businessmen, and also the scientific and pedagogical community to social and economic and legal problems of the analysis of the commodity markets, economic concentration and antimonopoly regulation in this sphere.

On March 26, 2015 in Council of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan the meeting of Organizing committee for carrying out republican competition on granting grants to the rural settlements of the Republic of Tatarstan took place. 217 rural settlements from 43 regions of the Republic of Tatarstan participated in competition. Following the results of competition by winners 104 rural settlements are recognized, each of which will receive 1 million rubles of budgetary funds. The quantity of grants to each municipal area was defined depending on population of the rural settlements which are a part of the respective area: 2 grants – at population of rural settlements to 22 thousand people, 3 grants – at population of rural settlements over 22 thousand people.

On March 28, 2015 summing up youth competition "Strategy of Tatarstan is my strategy!" will take place. We will remind that the purpose of carrying out competition was involvement of youth in discussion and work on the first edition of Strategy of social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan for the period till 2030, identification of representation and opinion of youth on relevance of the directions of Strategy, and also formation of "bank of ideas" of youth for inclusion in Strategy.

To attention of applicants to receiving a subsidy for creation of industrial (industrial) parks. The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan informs that on April 1, 2015 the meeting of the Commission on selection of the demands applying for inclusion in the general demand from the Republic of Tatarstan for receiving a federal subsidy on action "Creation of industrial (industrial) parks" on which the requests submitted on competitive selection will be considered will take place at 14:00. In the Republic of Tatarstan in all municipal areas and city districts for ensuring providing to citizens of services in the principle of "one window", and also creations of available and comfortable conditions when receiving services are created the multipurpose centers of providing the state and municipal services (MPS). In MPS natural or legal entities (or their authorized representatives) can handle request for providing the state or municipal service in an oral, written or electronic form. Further interaction with the authorities providing services is carried out by MPS without participation of the applicant.

On March 26, Acting Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov met businessmen of the republic within the framework of the project “Business and power: straight talk” at high technology technopark “IT-park” in Kazan. Tatarstan Presidential envoy for protection fo entrepreneurs’ rights Timur Nagumanov, heads of regional ministries and agencies, municipalities and businessmen took part in the meeting.

Opening the event, Rustam Minnikhanov said that Tatarstan economy should be based on self-sufficient people willing and able to earn money.

At this meeting we need to discuss topical problems such as formation of favourable investment climate, decrease of administrative load and increase of openness of state authorities.

In the Center of youth innovative creativity "Idea" started a set of pupils in school of industrial design. The purpose of school – to create interest in knowledge acquisition in children, to develop ability of the analysis of the received information and to broaden horizons. School of industrial design – one of the directions of development of the Center of youth innovative creativity "Idea". Also in Science and technology park "Idea" the Kazan laser school, school of prototyping and school of electronics will earn. The school of industrial design accepts children from 8 to 12 years, has two directions.
