Within a seminar on contract system innovations in the sphere of purchases were considered

On March 24, 2015 in the educational and methodical center of Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia in Kazan the seminar meeting concerning application of the made amendments to the Federal law of April 5, 2013 No. 44-FZ "About contract system in the sphere of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs" took place. Action was organized by the State committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on purchases together with the State unitary enterprise "Center of Development of Purchases of the Republic of Tatarstan". The staff of contract service of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan, and also the representatives of other ministries and departments, experts occupied in the sphere of implementation of purchases participated in a seminar.
