The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation prepared the draft of the Federal law "About development of territories"

The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation prepared the draft of the Federal law "About development of territories" which is aimed at the development and improvement of the territory chosen by authorized body (under the contract on development of the territory). According to the project, under the signed contract on development of the territory, the main builder undertakes to carry out at own expense development or improvement of a certain territory, thus the main builder acquires the right for acquisition (located in borders of the arranged well territory): – the land plots which are in the state or municipal ownership. – buildings, structures, rooms, and also objects of incomplete construction which are in the state or municipal ownership and not burdened with the rights of the third parties, without the auction, at the price equal to one percent of their cadastral cost.
As part of the program, the Minister visited the Arsky Industrial Park, where he got acquainted with the current activities and long-term plans of the residents. During the inspection of the production facilities, Midkhat Shagiakhmetov held a substantive discussion with the heads of enterprises on capacity expansion and improving the efficiency of using the existing infrastructure.
Applications for the Start-Digital Technologies-1 competition (turn 2) are being accepted on the website of the Innovation Promotion Foundation until February 24. Individuals and legal entities, small business entities, can participate in it.
Rustem Mukhamedshin, Director of the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, took part in a large–scale event - the strategic session of the Association of Small and Medium-sized Businesses of the Republic of Tatarstan, which took place on January 30, 2026 in Kazan at the Entrepreneur's House.
