On March 19, 2015, in the second day of work of the Forum of the centers of the state and municipal services which is taking place in Moscow, the first half of day was devoted to discussion of questions of the organization of interaction of MPS, federal executive authorities and bodies of the state off-budget funds when providing the state services. Reports on the matter were made by representatives of federal structures - Federal Registration Service, Tax administration, Migratory service, Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, the Leningrad and Rostov areas shared experience of regions. In the second half of day the Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev made a speech at plenary session of a forum. According to the resolution of Executive committee of municipality of the city of Kazan of April 18, 2014 No. 2096 "About an order of creation and use, including on a paid basis, parkings (parking spaces) in Kazan" the payment for use of parking spaces isn't raised from special vehicles of disabled people. Now in connection with the beginning of functioning of paid municipal parkings in the city of Kazan the Register of parking permissions of disabled people is formed. It will allow at control of payment of a parking on a municipal paid parking to avoid illegal involvement of disabled car owners to administrative responsibility.

On March 20, at the 6th session of Tatarstan State Council of the 5th convocation, Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov said that Tatarstan’s GRP decreased by 0.1 per cent in January 2015. In January-February, the industrial production index made 99.3 per cent, the agricultural output increased by 1.4 percent, the turnover of retail sales decreased by 15 per cent.

Ildar Khalikov noted that there are some negative trends in social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan.

It was noted that in 2014 the GRP amounted to 1 trillion 631,4 billion roubles, the industrial production index made 100.6 per cent, the amount of shipped products – 1 trillion 641,5 billion roubles.

According to the report of Tatarstan Government, the republic is among leading regions of the Russian Federation by main macroeconomic indicators, takes the 7th place in Russia by GRP volume, the 3d place by agricultural output, the 5th place by industrial output and capital investments, the 6th place by construction volume, and the 8th place by housing construction and retail sales.

On March 24, 2015 at 15.00 o'clock in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan the meeting of the Commission at the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan on corruption counteraction which will be broadcast in online the mode will be held. On March 16, 2015 the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov signed the Law "About Strategic Planning in the Republic of Tatarstan". The law establishes legal bases of strategic planning in the republic, powers of public authorities and local governments of Tatarstan, and governs the relations arising between participants of strategic planning in the course of a goal-setting, forecasting, planning and programming of social and economic development.

The draft of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan "About the adoption of Provision on laboratory of veterinary and sanitary examination in the Republic of Tatarstan", developed by Head department of veterinary science of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan came to the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan for an assessment of the regulating influence. The normative legal act is developed for ensuring realization in the markets of the Republic of Tatarstan of safe foodstuff of an animal and (or) a phytogenesis, the prevention of emergence and spread of infectious diseases in the veterinary and sanitary relation, the general for the person and the animals who are transmitted through foodstuff of an animal and (or) a phytogenesis and establishes requirements to the organization, placement and the equipment of laboratories of veterinary and sanitary examination.

On March 19, 2015 the Center of export support of the Republic of Tatarstan held an educational seminar for is export the focused subjects of small and medium business on the subject "Main Aspects of Conducting Foreign Economic Activity". The Vice chairman of the board of Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tatarstan Artur Nikolaev acted as the teacher. On March 18, 2015 the meeting of the Board of trustees of "Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan" Non-profit organization took place. At a meeting the report on activity of fund in 2014 was heard. Are also approved the changed Order of providing guarantees of Guarantee fund (the guarantee sum to 30 million rubles is increased); the plan financially – economic activity of fund; auditor company; limits of guarantees on new banks, by results of competitive selection according to the program of providing guarantees; changes are made to the investment declaration of Guarantee fund.

The "Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan" non-profit organization continues reception of documentation of banks on participation in open competition according to the program of providing guarantees of Guarantee fund.
