On May 28-29 in Moscow the II Federal economic forum "The Russian Cluster Week — 2015"took place. It was organized with assistance of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, Association of innovative regions of Russia, Fund of assistance to development of small forms of the enterprises in the scientific and technical sphere, Agency of strategic initiatives, the All-Russian public organization "Business Russia", and also the Russian cluster observatory at National research university "Higher School of Economics" .

On May 28, 2015 the meeting of Committee on the budget, taxes and finance of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan took place.

Within a meeting on the law draft of the Republic of Tatarstan "About the adoption of Strategy of social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan till 2030" the Minister of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan Artyom Zdunov acted. In the report he told about key provisions of Strategy, the priority directions of development of the republic, and also about measures, projects and mechanisms of realization of the planned purposes.

So, the main strategic objective is defined as Tatarstan-2030 – the global competitive steady region, growth pole driver "Volga-Kama". As the priority directions of long-term development of the republic are defined: formation and accumulation of the human capital; creation of comfortable space for its development; creation of public institutes at which the human capital is demanded by economy and can successfully function.

The Ministry of Economic regularly organizes informative excursions for young pupils of orphanages and shelters of Tatarstan. On March 27, 2015 the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan organized visit of the children's city of "Kidspeys" by pupils of Social Shelter for Children and Teenagers of "Turgay" in the Sabinsky Municipal Area .

Reception of applications for the competition "Leasing Grant-2015" is ended.

At May 22, 2015 313 demands came to Center of Implementation of Programs of Support of Small and Average Business of the Republic of Tatarstan of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan from competitors of means of the state support according to the program of subsidizing of purchase of the equipment "Leasing Grant", from them 185 demands are received from subjects of small and average business operating over one year, 128 – from the beginning businessmen. Total amount of the arrived demands made 472 million rubles. Maximum sum of a required subsidy ‑ 5,0 million rubles. Distribution of applicants by types of economic activity looks as follows: agriculture – 37%, production – 60%, other – 3%.

On May 27, 2015 to Naberezhnye Chelny the field meeting of Committee on ecology, environmental management, agro-industrial and food policy of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan took place.

Such results are received following the results of the research conducted by NRU HSE and to the made rating of innovative development of regions of Russia. The rating is made on 37 indicators, the characterizing four thematic blocks: social and economic conditions, scientific and technical potential, quality of innovative policy and actually innovative activity.

This year, as well as in the previous year, Moscow became the leader of a rating. In group of leading regions besides Moscow are Tatarstan, the Kaluga region and St. Petersburg. Experts emphasize: against a weak tendency to alignment of level of innovative development of regions obvious isolation of leaders is noted. The others, including those who was in the first group a year ago, considerably lagged behind.

On May 27, 2015 the meeting of the Working group on consideration of proposals of employers on need for foreign labor and to its redistribution within the quotas approved for the Republic of Tatarstan for 2015 took place. The head of development department of branches of economy and the social sphere Zulfia Mukhamedyarova participated in a meeting.

Representatives of the Ministry of Labour, employment and social protection of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of construction, architecture and housing and communal services of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of the industry and trade of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Agriculture and the food of the Republic of Tatarstan, State Budgetary Institution The Center of Economic and Social Researches of the Republic of Tatarstan at the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan, Office of the Federal Tax Service in the Republic of Tatarstan, Managements of Federal Migration Service across the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Internal Affairs across the Republic of Tatarstan, Assemblies of the people of Tatarstan participated in a meeting.

Within Day of the businessman on May 27 at 10:00 in park of the Millennium of Kazan "The avenue of businessmen" was put. As the initiator of an action the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan acted. The main idea of an action is business promoting.

The deputy of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Rafis Burganov, representatives of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan headed by the minister Artyom Zdunov, the deputy head of Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tatarstan Artur Nikolaev, the deputy head of Executive committee of Kazan Ivan Kuznetsov, the head of representation of Agency of strategic initiatives in the Volga Federal District Raphael Zaynutdinov, representatives of public organizations "Support of Russia" and "Business Russia", the head of association of Muslim businessmen of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Kabayev, representatives of enterprise community of Tatarstan took part in action. Within an action 38 saplings of trees of a maple silvery were planted. It is planned that further the avenue will be increased due to planting of new saplings.

The Federal Antimonopoly Service according to an order of the President of the Russian Federation prepared a rating of subjects of Russia on degree of intensity of the competition and a condition of the competitive environment for 2014. According to a rating, the Republic of Tatarstan was included into ten leaders and took the 7th place.

For the first time the similar rating was prepared by the original technique developed by specialists of FAS Russia a year ago. Ranging of regions is based on four key criteria: quantity (including a gain or reduction) the enterprises operating in the region, a condition of the commodity markets, number of complaints in antimonopoly authorities to violations, and also poll of businessmen about a condition of the competition.
