Some contracts with the only supplier shouldn't be included in the plan schedule

According to the Letter of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation of March 17, 2015 No. D28i-747 contracts concluded previously with the only supplier which are subject to payment in the current year which price makes less than 100 thousand rubles (item 4 p.1 Art. 93 of the Federal law of 05.04.2013 No. 44-FZ), aren't included at the plan schedule of the current year as the plan schedule is formed for one calendar year.
Changes are made to the plan schedule in the cases provided by item 15 of notes of the Appe No. 2 to the Order of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation No. 761, Federal Treasury No. 20n of 27.12.2011. All changes on each purchase provided in it have to be reflected in the plan schedule.
The considered document contains also other explanations, but part from them are based on provisions of the legislation which became invalid 22.05.2015 in connection with coming into effect of the Order of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation No. 182, Federal Treasury No. 7n of 31.03.2015.
By December 14, Tatarstan entrepreneurs will be able to apply for selection to the Platform for Growth acceleration program through the SME.RF Digital Platform.
