The basic law on state control will be finished taking into account interests of business

The draft of the federal law developed by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation "About federal, regional and municipal control in the Russian Federation" was discussed in the Government of the Russian Federation at a subcommittee meeting on improvement of control and supervision. At a meeting the deputy head of the Ministry of economic development Oleg Fomichev announced a number of the forthcoming changes. In department they consider that there has to be the lower limit of number of checks that control bodies couldn't redistribute resources completely at discretion.

In general provided by the "risk-the focused approach" project to checks (once in three years regardless of their individual characteristics consists in leaving from an undifferentiated scale of checks of all subjects) both businessmen, and controlers was welcomed. 

Till June 10 of the current year the bill will be introduced by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation in the Government of Russia, in the subsequent till September 1 - in the State Duma of the Russian Federation.
