The size of a living wage of the pensioner for 2016 for determination of the amount of federal social surcharge to pension is offered to be established of 7 526 rubles that is for 1216 rubles or at 19,3% higher, than the size of a living wage of the pensioner established by the law for 2015 (6 310 rub). 

Main objectives of action are informing wide structure of participants on the existing and developed measures of the state support of projects in the sphere of import substitution, discussion of implementation practice of import substitution industry plans and regional programs.

According to the order of the President of the Russian Federation of April 1, 2015 No. 79-rp "About ensuring in 2015 the state support of the non-profit non-governmental organizations participating in development of institutes of civil society and realizing socially significant projects and projects in the sphere of protection of the rights and freedoms of the person and citizen" on October 1 the current year  the third competition in 2015 on distribution of presidential grants started.

For implementation of the legislation on development of business by the Government of the Russian Federation the resolution of October 9, 2015 is accepted No. 1078. The signed document makes changes to the rules of the organization of activity of the multipurpose centers of providing the state and municipal services (further – MPC) approved by the resolution of the government of the Russian Federation of December 22, 2012 No. 1376.

Deputies of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan considered and approved the bill "About the Budget of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2016" on the first reading. The report on the forecast of social and economic development of the republic for 2016-2018 was made by the Minister of Economics Artyom Zdunov.

The non-profit organization "Fund of Support of Business of the Republic of Tatarstan" held the next meeting of the commission on consideration of demands from subjects of small and average business of the Republic of Tatarstan on receiving microloans. 

The plenipotentiary of the President of Russia in Volga federal district Mikhail Babich addressed participants of the training seminar for deputies of the highest officials of regions of the Volga and Ural federal districts. The Minister of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan Artyom Zdunov took part in work of a seminar.

On October 16, 2015 in the Korston Club Hotel conference center the seminar of Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization "Agency of strategic initiatives of promotion of new projects" (further - Agency) on the subject "Course on Investment" took place. The seminar was organized with assistance of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan.
