The envoy of the President of Russia in Volga federal district Mikhail Babich called Tatarstan the leader in a condition of investment climate in subjects of Russia

On October 16, 2015 the plenipotentiary of the President of Russia in Volga federal district Mikhail Babich addressed participants of the training seminar for deputies of the highest officials of regions of the Volga and Ural federal districts. A seminar on a subject "Management of development of the region: priorities of economic policy" was opened in Moscow in Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration. The Minister of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan Artyom Zdunov took part in work of a seminar.

The plenipotentiary of the President of Russia in Volga federal district highlighted need of implementation of all assumed social obligations to the population. For this purpose public authorities of regions have to conduct the proper economic policy and make every effort for providing revenues of budgets. In this regard special importance is gained by work on improvement of investment climate. Mikhail Babich called the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ulyanovsk region as positive examples. These regions are recognized by absolute leaders of the National rating of a condition of the investment climate in subjects of the Russian Federation prepared by Agency of strategic researches in June of the current year.
