About changes in an order of providing the state and municipal services in MPC

For implementation of the legislation on development of business by the Government of the Russian Federation the resolution of October 9, 2015 is accepted No. 1078. The signed document makes changes to the rules of the organization of activity of the multipurpose centers of providing the state and municipal services (further – MPC) approved by the resolution of the government of the Russian Federation of December 22, 2012 No. 1376.

Changes provide an exception of possibility of collection of MPC from applicants of an additional fee for paperwork and statements when providing the state and municipal services.
