Professional standards for the expert and the expert in the sphere of purchases are approved

Documents contain the description of labor functions of experts and experts in the sphere of purchases, the main requirements to such workers, and also possible versions of the name of positions.

The standards approved by Ministry of Labor are on registration in Ministry of Justice.

According to the changes made to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation since July 1, 2016 the employer will be obliged to apply professional standards regarding requirements to qualification of the worker if they are established by the legislation. As the Law N 44-FZ contains such requirements, will begin to use the called professional standards in their part after registration in Ministry of Justice of these documents obligatory from the specified date.

Besides, customers will be able to be guided by these standards at a choice of programs and advanced training courses of the relevant employees.
