The State Council adopted the law "About the Budget of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2016" on the first reading

Today, the 12th meeting of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan of the fifth convocation took place on October 17, 2015. The President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, the State Councillor of the Republic of Tatarstan Mintimer Shaimiev, the Prime minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildar Halikov, representatives of the Government and invited guests took part in work of session . 

Deputies of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan considered and approved the bill "About the Budget of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2016" on the first reading. 

  He emphasized that the forecast of development of the republic is created according to an established order on the basis of the scenario conditions which are officially recommended to the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation for subjects of the Russian Federation. When forming the forecast the main directions of Strategy of social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan till 2030 are also considered. 

In a basis of the draft budget of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2016 the following indicators of social and economic development of the republic are put: growth rate of a gross regional product in the comparable prices – 102,2%, an index of industrial production – 102%, a consumer price index – 107%, growth rate of a wages fund – 105,9%, export price of oil – 60 dollars for barrel, dollar exchange rate – 56,8 rubles.
