The appeal of Department of an assessment of the regulating influence of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation about carrying out public consultations on the draft of the order of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Russian Federation "About the statement of methods of calculation of dispersion of emissions of the harmful (polluting) substances in atmospheric air" came to the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation developed the draft of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation approving the main directions of development and deployment of system of an assessment of efficiency and productivity of activity of control supervisory authorities. For study of application of provisions of the specified draft of the order by the Russian Government Analytical Centre together with the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and Advisory council at the Government of the Russian Federation expert modeling "Approbation of model of an assessment of efficiency and productivity of activity of control supervisory authorities" is carried out on December 23, 2015.

In the report the preliminary estimate of activity of the working groups headed by deputies of the State Duma for the current year was given, and expected volumes of receiving federal funds by the republic for the forthcoming period were sounded.

In the performance the minister told about the work on creation and development of system of the multipurpose centers of providing the state and municipal services (MPC) which is carried out in the republic, and also shared plans for improvement of the MPC network in 2016. 

The supervisory board of Fund of infrastructure and educational programs approved the "School League of RUSNANO for 2016-2018" Program directed on advance of the best experience of the teachers able to interest children in natural-science education, opening for them the road to the world of high technologies.

By the resolution of the government of the Russian Federation of November 30, 2011 no. 1289 it is claimed  that when purchasing vital and major medicines customers are obliged to reject all demands (final offers) containing the offer on delivery of goods of a foreign origin except for made in member states of the Euroasian economic union.

For January - November, 2015 of the greatest change of a place in a rating was reached by Sabinsky (+6 positions), Apastovsky, Drozhzhanovsky, Atninsky and Fish and Suburban (on +4 positions) municipal areas. These changes are caused by improvement of a number of indicators: increase in growth rates of total area of houses and volume of a value added, decrease in level of the registered unemployment.

On December 21, 2015 on a platform of IT park lecture of professor of economy of Harvard university Kenneth Rogoff for a business community of Tatarstan took place. 

At a meeting heads of banks were interested in forecasts of professor Rogoffa for a rate of inflation, further dynamics of prices of oil, to influence of a situation in Ukraine on the Russian and world economy in general. Many questions were asked about prospects of international trade, growth rates of economy of China and opportunities of development of Islamic finance.

The Minister of Economics Artyom Zdunov participated in the next meeting of the working group of the Commission at the President of the Russian Federation on monitoring of achievement of the target indicators of social and economic development of the Russian Federation determined by the President of the Russian Federation which took place on December 22, 2015 in Moscow.
