Within the Gaidar forum – 2016 there will pass discussion of Strategy of creation of the territorial isolated innovative and production center Innokam

In Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration on January 14, 2016 within carrying out the International conference "Gaidar forum "Russia and the world: the prospection" there will take place panel discussion on a subject: "Strategy of creation of the territorial isolated innovative and production center Innokam" where the presentation of the draft of the Concept Innokam and priority projects of development of Kamsky agglomeration will be carried out.

The purpose of this Concept is creation of the innovative and production center conducting in Russia due to development of industrial and hi-tech clusters and effective transformation of the saved-up industrial and technological potential in high quality of life of the population. For achievement of a goal the Concept assumes elimination of available "bottlenecks", removal of the available infrastructure, social and ecological restrictions, scaling of the available advantages and receiving as a result of qualitatively new system effect (agglomerative and cluster) from the coordinated development of all provided directions.

For ensuring constructive dialogue heads of federal, regional and municipal executive authorities, largest enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan, and also institutes of development, the leading higher education institutions of the country, foreign and Russian experts are invited to discussion.
