Since January 1, 2016 the uniform information system in the sphere of purchases is put into operation

Within execution of powers of the operator of uniform information system in the sphere of purchases by Federal Treasury orders on a conclusion from operation of the Official site of the Russian Federation in the information and telecommunication Internet network for placement of information on placement of orders for deliveries of goods, performance of work, rendering services (www.zakupki.gov.ru) (The official all-Russian site) and about commissioning of uniform information system in the sphere of purchases are approved.

For the purpose of providing a continuity of purchasing process during the peak period of placement of information on orders in November-December of last year new changes are put into operation since January 1, 2016.

According to the resolution of the government of the Russian Federation of 23.01.2015 No. 36 since the beginning of the current year  uniform information system in the sphere of purchases (USP) is put into operation.
