Public consultations on the Federal Law project "About Modification of the Town-planning Code of the Russian Federation and of Separate Acts of the Russian Federation regarding Regulation of Questions of Budget Rationing" are held

The appeal of Department of an assessment of the regulating influence of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation about carrying out public consultations on the draft of the federal law "About modification of the Town-planning code of the Russian Federation and of separate acts of the Russian Federation regarding regulation of questions of budget rationing" came to the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan.

We invite representatives of business associations to study the presented regulatory legal act on the site of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan in the section "Assessment of the Regulating Influence".

In case of existence of the provisions in it introducing excess administrative and other restrictions and duties for subjects of business and other activity or promoting their introduction, and also provisions, promoting emergence of unreasonable expenses of subjects of business and other activity and budgets of all levels of the budgetary system of the Russian Federation, we ask to send the remarks and offers to sector of an assessment of the regulating impact of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan on an e-mail address: Nail.Madiev@tatar.ru.
