Fund of assistance to innovations begins collecting bids in "International programs"  contest, the subprogramme "The Russian-Armenian program of the international cooperation" which is directed to support of the Russian organizations participating in implementation of innovative projects within the bilateral and multilateral international programs of cooperation confirmed with the agreements and memorandums signed by Fund.

When purchasing under the Federal law No. 223-FZ the priority will be given by separate types of legal entities to the domestic / Russian goods, works, services (the resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation from 9/16/2016 No. 925).
The rule will concern competitive purchases if notices on them appear in a unified information system.
 

The State Duma of the Russian Federation considers the bill No. 1180507-6 from 9/22/2016 "About introduction of amendments to separate acts of the Russian Federation" according to which it is planned to increase the sum of procurement at the only supplier conducted on the basis of the Law No. 44-FZ in five times.
 

A number of offers was stated today by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov during participation in panel discussions within the international investment forum in Sochi.
