Priority of domestic goods, works, services in state procurements

When purchasing under the Federal law No. 223-FZ the priority will be given by separate types of legal entities to the domestic / Russian goods, works, services (the resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation from 9/16/2016 No. 925).
The rule will concern competitive purchases if notices on them appear in a unified information system.
The government has defined what conditions should be included in the provision on purchase and documentation to establish a priority of domestic production.
The document comes into force since January 1, 2017.
