Purchases at the only supplier is planed to increase

The State Duma of the Russian Federation considers the bill No. 1180507-6 from 9/22/2016 "About introduction of amendments to separate acts of the Russian Federation" according to which it is planned to increase the sum of procurement at the only supplier conducted on the basis of the Law No. 44-FZ in five times.
Changes concern point 4 of part 1 of article 93 of the Law on contract system:
1. implementation of purchase of goods, work or service plan to increase up to 500 thousand rubles by the sum which isn't exceeding 100 thousand rubles;
2. the admissible annual volume of purchases on point 4 of part 1 of article 93 of the Law No. 44-FZ will increase from "no more than 500 million rubles" to "no more than 250 million rubles".
