Rustam Minnikhanov has made a speech at panel discussions within the forum "Sochi-2016"

A number of offers was stated today by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov during participation in panel discussions within the international investment forum in Sochi.
Rustam Minnikhanov has shared experience of realization in Tatarstan programs of energy saving and increase in energy efficiency for 2014-2020.
At a panel session "Development of territories: modern approaches to formation of the inhabited environment" the President has told Tatarstan about implementation of the republican program "Parks and Squares" for improvement of public spaces and about the program of development of the water protection zones.
During the panel session Rustam Minnikhanov has invited all in Innopolis (Republic of Tatarstan) where on October 20-21 of the current year there will take place the first international forum on design of the urban environment "Еnvironment for life: new standards of construction and improvement".
