The fund of assistance announces the beginning of order taking according to the Russian-Armenian program

Fund of assistance to innovations begins collecting bids in "International programs"  contest, the subprogramme "The Russian-Armenian program of the international cooperation" which is directed to support of the Russian organizations participating in implementation of innovative projects within the bilateral and multilateral international programs of cooperation confirmed with the agreements and memorandums signed by Fund.
Applications are accepted from 12:00 p.m.(noon, Moscow time) of September 30, 2016 till 6:00 p.m.  (Moscow time) of November 14, 2016.
You can submit the application through the Fund M EXPERT system by the address http://online.fasie.ru.
