The draft Federal Law No. 236034-7 “On amending the Federal Law “On the contractual system in the area of procurement of goods, works, services for meeting state and municipal needs”” was introduced by the State Duma deputies on July 27, 2017 for consideration by the Committee on economic policy, industry, innovation and enterprise development.

The signed Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 07.08.2017 No. 943 "On the introduction of changes into certain acts of the Government of the Russian Federation with regard to the improvement of state land supervision "determines, that the Federal Agency for State Registration, Cadastre, and Cartography (Rosreestr) will conduct verification of compliance with the requirements of the land law with a risk-oriented approach.

The frequency of the fire inspector's visits to this or that small and medium-sized business enterprise will be specified in a special list. It will determine the degree of risk of the enterprise's production process, and the schedule of supervisory activities on this or that site will depend from this degree.

The Supervisory Board of the Federal Industrial Development Fund approved programs to support the subjects in the industrial field on 30 June 2017: "Conversion" and "Component products".

From August 14, 2017 the Ministry of Economy of the RT will hold a Contest for granting subsides from the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan to non-profit organizations (hereinafter - NPO), implementing socially significant projects. Pursuant to the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the RT dd. 04.04.2017 # 640-p, the General Fund of the contest amounts to 35 mln RUB.

The applications for the establishment of the Priority Social and Economic Development Areas (PSEDA) in the cities Zelenodolsk, Chistopol and Nizhnekamsk, submitted by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan and executive committees of the relative single industry cities for consideration of the commission on issues of creating and operation of PSEDA in single industry cities, were approved by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan. The Deputy Minister for Economic Development of the Russian Federation, Alexander Tsybulsky, held the meeting of the Commission.

The Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation is forming a network of partners-companies in the real sector of the economy to jointly address scientific and technological challenges in order to implement the Strategy of science and technology development of the Russian Federation. The Strategy was approved by the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of 01.12.2016 No.642).
