Workshops-seminars were held in Moscow to exchange experience on the implementation of target models

The autonomous, non-profit organization "Agency for Strategic Initiatives for the promotion of new projects (ASI), within scope of follow up of the introduction of target models of business facilitation and enhancing the investment attractiveness of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation dd.31.01.2017 #147-R, for a period from August 9 to August 11, 2017, on its platform "The boiling point" in Moscow, held workshops-seminars to exchange experiences on the implementation of the five target models :

1. Obtaining of permits for construction and territorial planning;

2. Connection to heat supply systems, connection (technology connection) to centralized water supply systems and wastewater;

3. Technological connection to electric networks;

4. Connection (technology connection) to the gas distribution networks.

5. Support for small and medium-sized businesses.

The participants include supervisors of target models launching from ASI, representatives of the regions of the Russian Federation, specialized federal ministries and agencies, as well as representatives of the electricity network and resource supplying organizations.

We would like to note, that the Head of the Competition Development Department of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ilyas Galimov, represented the Republic of Tatarstan, with the theme "Stimulation of demand for SME products", the Head of the department for development of institutions of support for small and medium-sized enterprises of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, Dinar Shakirov reported on the organization of infrastructure support to SME subjects.

The activities addressed the issues, related to the implementation of the target models and ways of their solution, the exchange of best practices and the communication of workshop participants on the implementation of target models.

We remind that the activities aimed at support of SME in the Republic of Tatarstan, are included in the adopted road map for promoting competition in the framework of the implementation of the Standard of developing competition in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.

The standard of competition development is aimed at creating conditions for the development of competition in the markets for goods and services in the region, the transparency of the work of the regional authorities, the provision of incentives to protect small and medium-sized businesses and the elimination of administrative barriers.

According to the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan of May 6, 2014, No. 799-r the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan is the authorized body of the Executive power of the Republic of Tatarstan for promoting competition in the Republic of Tatarstan.
