There may be some changes in the Law No. 44-FZ in part of planning and posting of information in еру Unified Information System (UIS)

The draft Federal Law No. 236034-7 “On amending the Federal Law “On the contractual system in the area of procurement of goods, works, services for meeting state and municipal needs”” was introduced by the State Duma deputies on July 27, 2017 for consideration by the Committee on economic policy, industry, innovation and enterprise development.

Among the major amendments to Law No. 44-FZ there are the following:

-         the customer will be able to change the plan - schedule no later than in three days before posting the notification in the UIS. If the purchase is acknowledged as not fulfilled, he will do it not later than in one day. Currently the customer is "entitled to make changes" not later than in 10 days before the posting;

-         information about the modification or termination of the contract will have to be placed in the UIS within three working days after the relevant events. Now the customer "should place" this data within one business day.

In the view of the project's sponsors, the proposed amendments would allow to eliminate delays in procurement procedures.
