Plans outlined in the Strategy must be fully implemented. This task was set today by the President of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, at a strategic session. The Cabinet of Ministers today summed up the interim results of implementation of the Strategy - 2030. The President instructed to strengthen work in the field of innovative development, digitalization and to attract foreign investment.
“The work on creating new productions and, in general, points of attraction should be continued, generating new tools for development and placement of productive forces, which should contribute to improvement of demographic indicators in villages and small towns”, said First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Nigmatullin.
When developing and changing the Strategy, views of the widest possible range of stakeholders - authorities, enterprises, educational and scientific institutions, youth and public organizations were taken into account, said First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Nigmatullin today. A special website i.tatarstan2030.ru and mobile applications to it were created, where every citizen of the republic could leave his strategic initiative. Since their launch by President Rustam Minnikhanov, together with the Director General of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives, Svetlana Chupsheva, more than 3.5 thousand initiative proposals have been received from the public.
Formation and accumulation of human capital is based on improvement of demography, development of health care, education, culture, formation of effective employment and social protection. In order to achieve high results, several republican programs are being implemented in the republic. Thanks to them, over 3 years, 965 health facilities, 567 universal sports grounds were built and renovated, 61 children's health camps were repaired and reconstructed, 22 new schools were built for 14,173 pupils and 90 kindergartens for 13,060 children, 552 educational facilities and 302 cultural objects were repaired.
The interim results of implementation of the Republic’s Development Strategy over 3 years and proposals for amendments are being considered today at the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan. The strategic session is held with participation of the President of the Republic, Rustam Minnikhanov, and the Chairman of the State Council of Tatarstan, Farid Mukhametshin.
On November 27-29, the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan (Moskovskaya str, 55) will hold a Meeting of Commission for selection of small and medium-sized businesses to provide state support in the form of subsidy in the framework of event “Development of equipment leasing: subsidizing the costs of small and medium-sized businesses to pay the first installment (advance) on equipment leasing agreement (LEASING-GRANT) ”. A Unified Credit Center in Tatarstan has provided the business with more than 200 million rubles. Service began to work from September of this year. This was announced at the 10th extended meeting of the Council on Entrepreneurship of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Economy of the Republic, Farid Abdulganiev. According to him, the product covers 42 banks and four leasing organizations.
The Ministry of Economy of Tatarstan has approved the List of markets for goods, works and services, and key indicators of development of competition in the Republic of Tatarstan, on which it is necessary to improve the state of the competitive environment until 2022. Also, a Plan of Measures (“roadmap”) was developed to promote development of competition in the republic for 2019-2022.
From 2019, multifunctional centers will begin to provide a new service to provide information confirming the pre-retirement age of citizens. These data will be used to provide benefits and measures of social support to citizens of pre-retirement age, which are guaranteed by law.
