How to successfully implement a social project and receive grant support? This issue will be discussed on March 20 at 2.00 p.m. at the seminar “Social Designing and Management of Social Projects” in the Public Chamber of the Republic (Kazan, Baturina str., 7).

The single-industry town development fund will finance concession projects, issue loans to leasing companies, as well as co-finance the construction and reconstruction of social infrastructure facilities in single-industry towns. Corresponding changes were made to Government Decision No. 1186 “On provision of subsidies from the federal budget to the non-profit organization “Single-industry Town Development Fund”. The document was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.

Since 2016, the state program “Development of the gas engine fuel market in the Republic of Tatarstan” has been successfully implemented in Tatarstan. Over four years, 12 re-equipment and maintenance centers (RMC) were accredited. 6 of them are located in Kazan, 3 - in Naberezhnye Chelny, 1 each - in Bugulma, Nizhnekamsk and Leninogorsk.

Non-profit organizations of the republic must submit to the Territorial Authority of the Federal State Statistics Service for Tatarstan a report in the form No. 1-SONKO “Information on the activities of a socially oriented non-profit organization” (annual) for 2019. Documents will be accepted until April 1.

In order to assist in development of social entrepreneurs and socially oriented non-profit organizations (SO NPO) in the republic, the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan together with the Resource Center for Support of SO NPO held round tables on topic “Social design, activities and measures to support social projects”.

In anticipation of the annual reporting of enterprises, the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan together with Rosstat and experts of the RANEPA held a training seminar for organizations of the Republic on correct execution of federal statistical monitoring forms.

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Center for Innovation of Social Sphere of the Entrepreneurship Support Fund, together with KFU, implements an educational program for unemployed citizens who plan to open their own business with subsidized support from the Employment Center.

At the end of 2019, Tatarstan ranked sixth among the constituent entities of the Russian Federation in terms of volume of investments in fixed assets. So, according to Rosstat, the largest volume of investments in fixed assets was traditionally recorded in Moscow (2 856.9 billion rubles), the Moscow region (1044.9 billion rubles), the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District (953.5 billion rubles), and the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District (864.9 billion rubles), St. Petersburg (690.7 billion rubles).

The Government of Tatarstan has prepared an Action Plan to reduce the risks associated with current events. This was announced today by the Minister of Economy of the Republic Midkhat Shagiakhmetov at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers. According to him, the Plan is aimed at prompt response, ensuring economic and social stability in the face of unfavorable external economic conditions and coordinated interaction of executive authorities, local self-government and enterprises of the republic. The document will be approved soon.

Yesterday, a zonal meeting on development of SMEs was held in Drozhzhanovskiy district of the Republic of Tatarstan. At the meeting, the Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Sibgatullin spoke about the main forms of state support for small and medium-sized enterprises.
