Today a modern distribution center of X5 Retail Group was opened in Elabuga, with participation of Prime Minister Alexey Pesoshin. About 980 million rubles were allocated for implementation of this project. The area of ​​the new logistics complex of the Pyaterochka retail chain is 18 thousand square meters. The contractor for the construction of the DC was the development group “Romex-Kuban”, which implemented a similar project in the city of Zelenodolsk, Republic of Tatarstan.

On August 24, the Ministry of Economy of Tatarstan launched additional measures to support business aimed at restoring and reviving the republic's economy. Today, a new approach has been formed to the selection and assessment of measures to support entrepreneurs, which will allow businesses to reduce costs at the time of getting out of the current economic situation.

The largest online retailer in Russia, Wildberries, launched the first stage of a distribution center on the territory of the Zelenodolsk TASED industrial site. The warehouse complex has become the largest operating regional logistics center for Wildberries outside the Moscow region.

“100% Tatarstan” event will be held online from August 30 to September 10, 2020. This is an intelligent business space that will bring together hundreds of speakers and professionals in their field. It will include panel discussions, live broadcasts of opinion leaders, interviews and master classes, announcements of strategic initiatives in the economy. On September 6, within the framework of this event, the work of the Republic of Tatarstan will be presented in terms of attracting investments and creating conditions for doing business.

From August 24 Center for Implementation of Programs for Support and Development of Small and Medium-Sized Businesses of the Republic of Tatarstan subordinated to the Ministry of Economy, is completing the acceptance of applications from businesses under the program of 100% subsidizing of costs associated with payment for services for the delivery of food and ready-made meals. Since the launch of the program, the department has satisfied applications from entrepreneurs of the republic involved in catering and the sale of food and drinks, for a total of 28 million rubles.

In the first half of 2020, Tatarstan entrepreneurs received more than 3.3 billion rubles of loans guaranteed by the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan subordinate to the Ministry of Economy. This is the second place in Russia in terms of the volume of loans issued to businesses under the guarantees of a regional guarantee organization.

This week, the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan hosted 2 meetings of the working group on implementation of the Action Plan to ensure the sustainable development of the economy of the Republic of Tatarstan amid a worsening situation due to the spread of a new coronavirus infection, volatility in oil prices and the dollar exchange rate.

The Committee for Awarding the Prize of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan for Contribution to the Development of Civil Society Institutions in the Republic of Tatarstan announced the start of the sixth Competition for the Prize of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan for Contribution to the Development of Civil Society Institutions in the Republic of Tatarstan.
