Midkhat Shagiakhmetov visited the enterprises of the Spasskiy municipal district and the industrial site “Bolgar”
The Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov paid a working visit to the Spasskiy municipal district. Together with the Head of the district, Fargat Mukhametov, the Minister met with representatives of the business community of the district and visited the objects of the tourist cluster, including private hotel complexes.
The working visit began with a meeting with the business community. Spasskiy district businessmen were interested in the criteria for selecting banks that provide preferential loans at 2%, aimed at maintaining employment and a transitional tax regime.
Midkhat Shagiakhmetov noted that when selecting banks, the main criteria are the existence of an agreement concluded between the credit institution and the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation in 2020, as well as the availability of a credit rating, compliance with mandatory standards, and the absence of overdue debts on the return of subsidies to the federal budget. As for the transitional period for taxpayers applying UTII, it is not provided in the Republic of Tatarstan. At the same time, taxpayers have the right to switch to other tax payment regimes, such as the Patent taxation system, the simplified tax system, the unified agricultural tax, as well as to the special tax regime “Tax on professional income”.
At the end of the meeting with representatives of business, the Minister of Economy and the Head of the district presented the entrepreneurs with letters of thanks for their personal contribution to the republican campaign of mutual assistance “We are together”. Let us remind, the campaign of mutual assistance was aimed at supporting the elderly people with limited mobility and medical staff during the coronavirus pandemic. Entrepreneurs of the Spasskiy district took an active part in the campaign.
After that, the Minister of Economy visited the private hotel complexes Regina and Voyage, got acquainted with the infrastructure and appreciated the comfortable living conditions created for tourists, contributing to the development of tourism within the region and the country.
Then Midkhat Shagiakhmetov examined a number of production facilities: the meat processing workshop of OOO Spasskie kolbasy, the industrial site Bolgar and the slaughterhouse of OOO Bulgar Halal. The shop for the production of sausages and meat delicacies of OOO Spasskie kolbasy has been operating for several years. The production capacity is 5 tons of finished products and 4 tons of semi-finished products per shift. Bulgar Halal is distinguished by the fact that the slaughter of animals is carried out completely according to the canons of Islam. The production capacity of the workshop is 30 heads of cattle and 50 heads of small ruminants per shift. The process of slaughtering livestock, from acceptance to manufacturing of finished products, is under the control of the Halal Standard Committee of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The industrial site “Bolgar” is private and the only one in the Spasskiy district. The total area of the industrial site is 2.19 hectares. On the territory of the site there are 8 residents who have created about 30 jobs. According to the results of the first quarter of 2020, the volume of products produced by residents amounted to about 15 million rubles, which is 5 times more than the same period last year.
At the end of the trip, the Minister visited two peasant farms: A.A. Sinitsina peasant farm, whose main activity is crop production, and I.A. Planina peasant farm. This facility has 260 head of cattle, the area of farmland is about 5 thousand hectares. It is planned to put into operation a grain warehouse with a capacity of 2,500 tons by the harvest of 2019.
As a result of the visit, the issues of business support were raised. Midkhat Shagiakhmetov noted that all programs adopted by the leadership of the republic contribute to the development of entrepreneurship and economy, are aimed at preserving and creating new jobs.
