The NTG rating for 2023 has been prepared by the Russian Ministry of Education and Science. The presentation took place at a meeting of the Commission on Scientific and Technological Development, chaired by Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko.

The top 10 includes six AIRR participating regions: the Republic of Tatarstan, Tomsk, Novosibirsk, Nizhny Novgorod Regions, the Republic of Bashkortostan and the Samara Region. Ten regions of the Association are already among the leading 20, including the Tyumen Region, the Perm Region, the Republic of Mordovia and the Ulyanovsk Region.

Today, a meeting of the commission for reviewing applications for concluding agreements on activities in the priority development territories of Naberezhnye Chelny, Chistopol, Zelenodolsk was held via video conference, chaired by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov.

The results of the rating were summarized by the Federal Ministry of Economy. According to estimates, the Republic of Tatarstan provided 20% of all control and supervisory activities in 2024 through the Inspector mobile application, which brought the republic to 1st place among all regions of the country in terms of the number of remote inspections, consultations and other events. 

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting with business communities to discuss further development of the online resource “Verified Business”. More than 30 entrepreneurs participated in the event. They confirmed the demand and the need for further improvement of the resource.

The State Council of Tatarstan has amended the law "On Corporate Property Tax", according to which new hotel facilities in the republic will receive a tax benefit.

The effect of the reduced tax rate of 5% under the simplified taxation system with the object of taxation "Income reduced by the amount of expenses" has been retained for 2025.

Tatarstan holds the first place for the active use of the services of the My Export platform. In the "Octopus of Digitalization" nomination, the republic retains a high mark and for the fourth time was noted as the leader in the country in terms of the number of electronic services received by exporters. The results of the work in this area were announced at All-Russian Export Support Infrastructure Conference in Moscow.
