The number of preventive measures in the field of control in Tatarstan has increased by 65%
Such statistics were provided by Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Gulnaz Ismagilova at a meeting with the control authorities in the Ministry of Economy of Tatarstan.
Today, the department discussed issues on developing ways to reduce administrative pressure on business in the implementation of state control (supervision).
The meeting of the interdepartmental working group on the protection of the rights of entrepreneurs was chaired by Deputy Prosecutor of the Republic Yulia Naumova. The participation was attended by territorial bodies of federal authorities, regional and municipal control (supervision) bodies.
Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Gulnaz Ismagilova announced at a meeting with the supervisory authorities that the main goal is to maintain entrepreneurial activity without excessive pressure from the supervisory authorities. The task of the control bodies is to carry out prevention, warn businesses about possible violations and help eliminate them.
The speaker also announced that currently the main task of the control bodies is to shift the focus from physical inspections to the prevention of violations.
"The number of preventive visits in Tatarstan has increased by 65% compared to the same period last year. So last year, for the current period, the number of professional enterprises amounted to 1,326, today their number has grown and exceeded 2,000. This indicates the relevance and convenience of the tool, as well as the growing responsibility of business in ensuring the safe functioning of their activities," the Deputy minister said.
In this regard, the Deputy Minister recommended that the control bodies further strengthen preventive work with businesses to prevent violations and take measures aimed at improving the overall level of legal literacy of entrepreneurs. Also inform the business about the possibility of conducting remote preventive measures using the mobile application "Inspector".
