Perm is the youth capital of Russia- 2025!

Since 2022, the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs has been implementing a special nomination "Youth Capital of Russia" within the framework of the All-Russian Youth Achievement Award "Time of the Young", which aims to identify the city with the most outstanding achievements and large-scale plans to improve the sphere of youth policy of the city and the region.

In 2024, out of 17 nominating cities, the expert commission selected 5 finalist cities, including the city of Perm.

Voting for Perm takes place from December 1 to December 20, 2024 on the Unified Portal of state and Municipal Services.
