“Trade and procurement activities of the enterprise. Automation of processes. State procurements. IT-technologies” Section # 5 has worked within the framework of the First Congress of Entrepreneurs of Nizhnekamsk Municipal District and Zakamye Region, on April 18, in Nizhnekamsk.

In the course of this Section work, Alexander Komissarov, Head of Operational Control Department of Federal Tax Service Interdistrict Tax Office # 11 for the Republic of Tatarstan, has informed on new legal developments in 2017 regarding trade and procurement activities. The speech of Yakov Geller, General Director of State Unitary Enterprise “Agency of the state order, Investment and Interregional Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan” was devoted to the advantages of electronic exchange site bp.zakazrf.ru.

Andrey Podkin, Head of CJSC “PF” SKB Kontur” Subsidiary Office reported on automation of trade and purchasing activities.

Timur Nagumanov, Commissioner for protection of entrepreneurs’ rights under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan was invited as an expert.

Ilyas Galimov, Head of Competition Development Department of Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan has become Section’s moderator.

It shall be recalled that activities aimed at competition level increase, trade and procurement activities improvement, the Republic of Tatarstan small and medium-sized entrepreneurships support and development are included in the adopted roadmap for promoting competition in the framework of implementation of the Russian Federation constituent entities’ competition promotion standard.

The competition promotion standard is aimed at creating conditions for promotion of competition in regional goods and services’ markets, transparency of regional authorities functioning, incentives for small and medium-sized entrepreneurships protection and removing of administrative barriers.

According to the Republic of Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers Decree of May 6, 2014 No. 799-r, the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan is the authorized executive body of the Republic of Tatarstan to promote competition in the Republic of Tatarstan.
