The results of sociological poll of 2016 of a research of citizens general satisfaction with quality of the state and municipal services are summed up

The committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on social and economic monitoring summed up the results of sociological poll of 2016 of a research of general satisfaction of citizens with quality of the state and municipal services provided in 2014-2015.
Survey conducted in 2016 showed that the level of satisfaction of citizens with quality of provision of the state and municipal services constituted 90,7% in case of the established threshold value of 90% (The presidential decree of the Russian Federation of May 7, 2012 No. 601).
In general, in 2016 respondents were more satisfied with quality of rendering the state (municipal) services (90,7%), than provision of non-state services (88,3%).
