New requirements to providing the state and municipal services in an electronic form are approved

The resolution of the government of the Russian Federation from 3/26/2016 No. 236 has approved requirements to granting in an electronic form of the state and municipal services.

By new requirements it is established that the structure of actions which the applicant has the right to make in an electronic form when receiving service with use of a uniform portal of state services, regional portals of services and the official sites of authorities, is defined in administrative regulations of providing the corresponding service. Besides, the administrative regulations join sequence, terms of performance of actions in an electronic form, and also requirements to an order of their performance.
