The order of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin about ensuring availability of the state services through system of "one window" is successfully carried out, about it the Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Alexey Ulyukaev within performance reported on development of a network of the multipurpose centers of providing the state and municipal services (MPC) at a meeting of the Government of the Russian Federation on January 14, 2016. 

So, following the results of coverage of the population having access to the state and municipal services in Russia following the results of 2015 at planned value of 90% actually which is carried out by regions together with the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation of work I made 94,2%. It is about 12 thousand points over all country, from them about 2,7 thousand are MFTs, about 10 thousand – territorially separate divisions in small settlements. 

In the Republic of Tatarstan 50 MPC branches in all municipal areas and city districts and 292 remote windows of reception of applicants in 281 rural settlements with number of the population more than 1 thousand people work now. The created MPC network of the republic provides 90% coverage of the population with services of MPC.
