Representatives of the Ministry of economic development of Kabardino-Balkar Republic estimated efficiency of the decentralized model of carrying out the ARI procedure accepted in the Republic of Tatarstan

From December 14 to December 18, 2015 in the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan there passed training two specialists of department of an assessment of the regulating influence of Department of electronic services and control systems of the Ministry of economic development of Kabardino-Balkar Republic. 

In sector of an assessment of the regulating influence and training for managerial economics concerning administrative reform materials on carrying out public consultations and preparation of the conclusions about ARI were presented to trainees. 

In two years in the Republic of Tatarstan to ARI were subjected 26 NPA republics affecting business and investment activity, including 16 bills. As a result of the carried-out ARI remarks which were considered at further completion of drafts of regulations were received. The decision on inexpediency of their acceptance was made on five bills of the republic. Expertize was carried out concerning 3 NPA. On two acts the decision on need of modification for the purpose of improvement of conditions of business is passed.
