The Government of the Russian Federation approved reforming of procedure of an assessment of the regulating influence in regions

At the meeting of the Government of the Russian Federation which took place on September 24, 2015 the draft of the federal law providing modification of an order of carrying out ARI in regions and local governments is approved.

The bill provides 2 novelties.

First, it is offered that ARI in regions and local governments was carried out only in cases when drafts of acts enter new or change the existing duties for businessmen, but not concerning all volume of drafts of acts in the sphere of business activity.

Secondly, the bill offers to exclude obligation of carrying out of ARI in the municipalities which aren't the regional centers, having entered a voluntary order.
