The government of the Russian Federation the resolution making changes to Rules of the organization of activity of the multipurpose centers of providing the state and municipal services accepted

The government of the Russian Federation accepted the resolution No. 684 making changes to Rules of the organization of activity of the multipurpose centers of providing the state and municipal services approved by the resolution of the government of the Russian Federation of December 22, 2012 No. 1376 . The document is directed on improvement of quality and availability of services, reduction of timelines for delivery of services through the multipurpose centers of providing the state and municipal services.

According to the Decree of the President of Russia of May 7, 2012 No. 601 "About the main directions of improvement of system of public administration" and Rules of the organization of activity of MFC the waiting time in turn when providing the state and municipal services shouldn't exceed 15 minutes.

For realization of this norm and in connection with the increased need of citizens for receiving services in the principle of "one window" the signed resolution to point 18 of Rules made changes.

So, in municipality Kazan in MFC of the Republic of Tatarstan located in Novo-Savinovsky district at the address Yamashev St., 82, citizens can address for receiving service on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8 to 20 o'clock.
