Since the launch of the Unified Contact Center (UCC) in Tatarstan, the number of requests received through all communication channels has reached about 3,500. The Center started operating in February 2025 at the initiative of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan within the framework of the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy".
Most often, businesses contact the Center for information support related to the conditions for obtaining financial and non-financial support measures. In total, about 1,500 such requests were processed. Applicants are mainly interested in relevant microfinance products, partner financing, preferential leasing, grant support from the state and issues of concluding a social contract.
Entrepreneurs also seek advice on tax and legal issues related to filling out documents for services, tax regimes, registration in the My Taxes application and other relevant issues.
The unified contact center in Tatarstan operates on a one-stop-shop basis. His specialists provide advice on government programs for entrepreneurs and other issues related to doing business. Requests received through various communication channels - messenger chats, portals and business services, by hotline number and through social networks, are processed and distributed among operators.
Users can get answers to common questions on their own on federal and republican business support portals for SMEs. The Russian Federation and the My Business Center of the Republic of Tatarstan, via chatbots and on social networks.
