Since the launch of the Unified Contact Center (UCC) in Tatarstan, the number of applications from entrepreneurs has doubled. The center was launched on February 21, 2025 by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan under the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy".
As of the end of the first quarter, the ECC had processed about 1,000 questions from entrepreneurs, the self-employed, and individuals. By the middle of June this year, the center had received more than 2,000 applications. An increase in the number of requests indicates an increase in the recognition of the communication channel, as well as convenience and efficiency in solving the issues of the target audience.
Most often, the Center is contacted for information support related to the conditions for obtaining financial and non-financial measures - about 1,000 requests. Applicants are mainly interested in relevant microfinance products, partner financing, preferential leasing, grant support from the state and issues of concluding a social contract. Subscribers also seek advice on legal issues related to filling out documents for services, tax regimes, registration in the My Taxes application, etc.
The unified contact center in Tatarstan operates on a one-stop-shop basis. His specialists provide advice on government programs for entrepreneurs and other issues related to doing business. Requests received through different communication channels are processed and distributed among the operators. Users can get answers to common questions on their own on federal and republican business support portals for SME.RF and the My Business Center of the Republic of Tatarstan, via chatbots and on social networks.
