Exactly 20 years ago, the "Agency for State Procurement of the Republic of Tatarstan", by Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 09/22/2004 No. 1463-r, laid the foundation for the development of the electronic bidding industry in the field of budget procurement. This is a significant technological breakthrough. The practice of conducting purchases in electronic form in the Republic of Tatarstan has shown high efficiency and formed the basis of the federal law.
Currently, the Agency for State Order of the Republic of Tatarstan continues to make an important contribution to the development of the economy of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan. The Russian Federation is one of eight federal platforms for public procurement, among which it is the only regional state electronic platform.
In order to expand the markets for the products of small and medium-sized businesses, in accordance with the National Project "Small and Medium-sized Entrepreneurship and support for individual entrepreneurial initiative", the Republican Marketing Center is successfully operating in the republic.
According to the results of last year alone, over 4.5 thousand SMEs received revenue in the amount of more than 210 billion rubles from the resources of the RMC.
