A cosmetics manufacturer from Tatarstan has attracted about 30 million rubles thanks to state guarantee support

The manufacturer of cosmetic products from Kazan has attracted almost 30 million rubles for the development of production under state guarantee.

The manufacturer was provided with warranty support by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan under its jurisdiction under the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy".

BEAUTY LINE LLC is a Russian manufacturer of professional cosmetics for hair, body and nails with its own laboratory and production complex. Since 2019, the Kazan-based company has been developing and manufacturing cosmetic products for brands throughout Russia, as well as under its own LunaLine brand.

The laboratory and production complex allows the Tatarstan manufacturer to carry out a full cycle of contract production: from scientific research and development of unique formulas to the production of finished products.

In 2026, the company needed debt financing to develop its production, but the company did not have enough collateral to formalize it. The Kazan company was supported by the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, providing a guarantee in the amount of 14.6 million rubles for the Standard warranty product.

Thanks to the guarantee support, the Tatarstan manufacturer received borrowed funds in the amount of 29.2 million rubles, which he directed to the development of production. This allowed the company to increase productivity, ensure higher product quality and strengthen its position in the beauty industry market.

The Kazan company plans to expand its production and product line.

Entrepreneurs who are registered in Russia but have a business in Tatarstan can also benefit from the support of the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan.

It should be recalled that in three months of this year, about 70 entrepreneurs of the republic benefited from guarantee support in the amount of over 330 million rubles. This allowed them to raise 1.8 billion rubles of borrowed funds.

The Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan provides guarantees to entrepreneurs who do not have sufficient collateral when applying for loan financing (credit, loan, lease, bank guarantee), up to 100 million rubles per borrower and up to 120 million rubles per group of related companies for investment purposes and investments in non-current assets, for other purposes - up to 70 million rubles.

At the same time, the remuneration for guarantees for entrepreneurs operating in priority sectors of the economy is 1% per annum of the amount of guarantees, and for other borrowers - 1.5% per annum.
