A Supplier's Day for the largest petrochemical company will be held in Tatarstan according to the national project

As part of the implementation of the national project "Small and Medium-sized Enterprises" to expand sales markets for production business products, SIBUR LLC, together with the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, will hold a Supplier's Day on October 10.

The joint initiative of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Innokam Cluster Development Center to hold a business meeting is an indicator of a constructive approach in the dialogue between enterprises and corresponds to the goals of the national project "Small and medium-sized Enterprises" to expand the sales markets of SMEs and develop cooperative ties.

The organizers note the synergetic effect – on the one hand, companies form a cluster of suppliers and manufacturers around their enterprises, on the other hand, they attract contractors from Tatarstan to implement large projects. 

According to the Ministry of Economy of Tatarstan, 7 Supplier Days were held in 2023-2024 for cooperation of small and medium-sized businesses with large manufacturing enterprises and federal retailers. It was attended by 21 large enterprises in the fields of construction, mechanical engineering, petrochemistry and trade and more than 1,250 participants -SMEs. As a result of the events, 300 entrepreneurs have already become suppliers of large businesses with a total amount of 2 billion rubles in contracts.

At the meeting, representatives of SIBUR LLC will voice requirements to their suppliers, consider proposals from participating enterprises to act as potential suppliers to cover the needs of companies. Enterprises will have the opportunity to personally discuss issues of interest and present their products at B2B meetings in 5 areas:

· Procurement of equipment and materials, 

· procurement for investment projects, 

· purchases of chemical products, raw materials, containers and packaging, 

· Technological independence and import substitution,

· Procurement of IT equipment and software.
