A webinar on intellectual property protection in China will be held for exporters of the republic

The Export Support Center will hold a webinar for Tatarstan entrepreneurs dedicated to the protection of intellectual property (hereinafter - IP) in China. The event within the framework of the national project "Small and Medium-sized Enterprises" will highlight key aspects of intellectual property protection in this country and effective strategies for the protection of rights.

The speakers will be experts from the Russian Export Center in the areas of intellectual property and electronic commerce. 

Experts will talk about the legal framework for IP protection in China. They will provide a step-by-step guide on registering patents, trademarks and copyrights in China, as well as tips on minimizing the risks of failure. A separate section will be devoted to effective strategies for protecting intellectual property and resolving disputes related to IP infringement, including mediation, arbitration and litigation.
