July 22 at the Higher School of Public and Municipal AdministrationKazan (Volga Region) Federal University a professional development program for regional and municipal employees of the Republic of Tatarstan in the field of "Control (supervisory) activities" took place.
Igor Sudets, Deputy Director of the Department of State Policy in the Field of Licensing, Control and Supervisory Activities, Accreditation and Self-Regulation, acted as a speaker.
He announced the main legislative innovations in the field of control (supervisory) activities, in particular, the consolidation of the recognition of an electronic passport by an official decision to conduct an audit.
The recognition of the legal force of electronic passports of control (supervisory) measures makes it possible to optimize document flow and reduce the time spent on paperwork," Igor Sudets stressed, commenting on the relevance of the adopted changes.
The speaker also voiced general issues in the field of control (supervisory) activities, current and future regulation, as well as digitalization of CND processes.
