The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting with business communities to discuss further development of the online resource “Verified Business”. More than 30 entrepreneurs participated in the event. They confirmed the demand and the need for further improvement of the resource.

The portal acts as a tool for promptly informing businesses about the current requirements of legislation in the field of control and supervisory activities. The functionality of the digital tool has been developed taking into account the principles of client-centricity, which makes it accessible and user-friendly, as well as allows for continuous improvement based on the analysis of client experience.

Prior to the meeting, a survey of entrepreneurs was launched to gather opinions on the necessary improvements and new tools of the resource.

According to the results of the survey and feedback received at the meeting, entrepreneurs prioritize a voice assistant based on artificial intelligence, which will form individual consultations based on open information from the network on TIN and OKVED of the company. There is also a request for the creation of a personal cabinet of the entrepreneur, which will store up-to-date information on conducted and upcoming inspections and preventive measures.

The proposals will be taken into account during the modernization of the portal, planned for 2025. Entrepreneurs also expressed their readiness to approbation of the updated resource in a test format before its launch into commercial operation.

“Dear entrepreneurs, we have received many suggestions from you on the development of the online resource “Verified Business”. We thank you for your feedback and involvement in the improvement of the portal. All suggestions are heard, your needs will be taken into account and will form the basis of the updated resource,” said Deputy Minister of Economy Gulnaz Ismagilova.
