The Republic of Tatarstan took 1st place in the ranking of the country's regions for the organization of remote inspections
The results of the rating were summarized by the Federal Ministry of Economy. According to estimates, the Republic of Tatarstan provided 20% of all control and supervisory activities in 2024 through the Inspector mobile application, which brought the republic to 1st place among all regions of the country in terms of the number of remote inspections, consultations and other events.
In 2024, more than 4 thousand control and supervisory activities were carried out in Tatarstan, more than 1.5 thousand of them were conducted using the Inspector mobile application. Tatarstan entrepreneurs received remote consultations, feedback from regulatory authorities, and passed online checks.
The second and third places were taken by the Rostov and Chelyabinsk regions.
The Inspector mobile application was created on the basis of GIS "Standard cloud solution for automation of control (supervisory) activities" and provides for conducting inspections in a remote format with the ability to save a video conferencing file, which will be the basis for drawing up an inspection report.
The tool is aimed at creating a comfortable interaction between supervisors and businesses, which corresponds to the goals of the national project "Small and Medium-sized Enterprises" and is designed to eliminate administrative barriers to effective business management and high-quality business growth.
Gulnaz Ismagilova, Deputy Minister of Economy, said that the format of inspections using the application allows control and supervisory authorities to carry out necessary activities without visiting facilities and saves time for both supervisors and businesses. The application can also keep records for five years to appeal against the decisions made. The business of the republic positively evaluates this format of work.
The best results in using the mobile application in the republic were shown by the following inspection bodies: the State Alcohol Inspectorate, the State Housing Inspectorate and the Tatarstan State Construction Supervision Inspectorate. They received commendations for their active work.
